Cancellations & refunds
If we cancel (weather, sea state, safety): we move you to another date that works for you, or refund you.
Waivers
Every guest, the person who books included, signs NEA's liability waiver in person at the NEA office, Niza 142, before the activity.
Every guest, the person who books included, signs a digital liability waiver online after booking: they read the full text, answer the health questions and sign with their name (name, email and time are recorded). If an answer flags a risk, we may ask for a physician's clearance before the trip.
Payments, currency & cash discount
Prices are set in Mexican pesos, IVA included; the USD amounts shown are conversions at the day's exchange rate. Pay in cash, in pesos only, at the meeting point. Cash payments get the discount shown when you book. Invoices (facturas) on request.
Privacy
We collect only the data needed to run your booking: name, contact details, and, when the waiver is signed online, health questionnaire answers. Health data is visible only to your instructor and never shared. We don't sell data.
